Complaint Details
I have bought a Morphy Richards induction heater on 28 sep 2016 from CSD canteen air force station new delhi. It had a guarantee for 2 yrs. The appliance showed multifaceted problems from first day of its use. Since then i had registered multiple complains for its rectification. Mechanics visit and do the required rectification but again the appliance becomes unserviceable in not more than 2 days. Recently i had complained about the same to the customer complain centre in the month of april but nobdy came for its rectification. Now my question is how can i use a faulty set for which i have to register complains in every couple of days. My appliance stil has more than a yr guarantee left. I want this appliance to get replaced as soon as possible. Thank you
