Complaint Details
I have taken AMC for my Aquagurd Water Purifier on 5-Aug-2017. However till date I am struggling to get the water output.
After AMC machine was damaged and water is overflowing. Even after multiple complaint issue has not got resolved, in fact more issue is occurring after each technician visit.
Tried contacting: Mr Anand (Pune Regional Head), Mr Ramesh (No Outcome), Mr Deepak and Mr Nilesh Gawre both have them didn’t even bothered to pick up phone. Not sure what kind of escalation is this.
