Complaint Details
I have bought a lyf phone with jio sim a week ago but the sim does not get activated and the phone isn't working. I have contacted all the possible officials of the company but no one entertained my complaint. I also mailed MR. Jyoti Jain regarding this complaint but no action was taken. Now i am cheated as none of their products are working and i want my money back.
