Complaint Details
On 10/07/2016 i have purchased jewels worth Rs.2320/- from Sree Kumaran thangamaligai,Coimbatore with my debit card and transaction failed at first attempt and amount debited from my account and again transaction failed on second attempt and amount debited second time from my account and totally Rs.4640/- has been debited.So i bought the jewels in other credit card.So i have raised an complaint to ICICI and they promised to resolve the issue by 8 working days but they could not resolved it yet and while interacting with the customer care, this dispute will only get close by 55days of span. As a salaried person this much of time span is unmanageable.Kindly intrude and resolve the issue at earliest.
