I had purchased a SAMSUNG LED TV in DEC 2015 through an online portal. The product was delivered to me on 24th Dec. In that particular period till 31st December Samsung had celebrated 20-year anniversary and they were providing discounts on extended warranty.
I registered for this offer on 27th December by requesting for extended warranty but till date there has been no extended warranty done yet on my LED TV.
I have called customer care atleast 15 times but till date no response has been given nor there has been any engineer visit. Customer care put false claims that engineer visit has been done and I have got calls from service centre but nothing has happened till date.
Please assess my issue and take a stringent action against the company,
