I bought the Aquaguard Genus model from Aditya Vision, Patna and found the product scratched body on delivery. I complained the seller about the same. They said that the body will be changed by the engineer in a week.
The installer installed the machine and went away. After a week problems started but no proper solution yet done by the company. The body of the machine also was not replaced.
I have recorded all complaint conversations in my mobile for future use. I have also sent Email to company but the problems still exist there. I wrote for assistance to www.comsumercomplaints.in

The most recent fault is indicator light does not work and tap lever completely free and makes problem filling bottles.
