i have order Samsung power bank 16800 mah on 21/6/2016, on book my offer .com, we have received it on 26/06/2016 at my address,due to i am not available at home on 26 june i opened it on 27 june 2016. when i opened it i was found power bank is in open condition and damaged, and in place of batteries some cylindrical rubber part installed in this.i was surprised product is duplicate and sell by a brand name Samsung. i complaint at customer care of bookmy offer, they said sending for mail with attached photo of part. i have send mail on 28 june. and after that i cc confirm me to receiving mail.i follow up continuously they told me every time we already send new product for replacement, i already have recording of one call. but when i call on 22 july 2016, they said we are not checking your detail because of customer care mail id details changed, send mail again, i was send mail again on new id, i was received reply on mail id we are not replacing your product because you have opened your product own. i have payed it for 600 rs.
