We bought a IFB Bosch Dishwasher Neptune VX 7 months back in Jan 2016, We are based at Bangalore. The dishwasher has not been cleaning the utensils properly since purchase. We have made several complaints and they send some junior technician who will experiment and would change a few parts in 2-3 trips promising it will work.

The last few complaints were made on 7th of May 2016, 21st June 2016, 7th July 2016, 17th July 2016, 22nd Jul 2016. The last time I spoke to the call centre they said they will first connect me to a senior call centre manager and also send a senior Technician. Both did not happen.

Six months the machine is with us and we are not using it and they would say after 2 years warranty period is over with no extension of warranty period, assuming the machine is repaired now.

I am not sure what else to do. I guess the only way out is a consumer court now.
