Complaint Details
I purchased some innerwear on PayTM website, order number 1895536730. The products shown online were different from the ones sent to me. The product box weren't even sealed and quality and size of the product not as per standard, raising suspicion of fake products. Complaint was raised to PayTM but they refused to entertain it and refused an exchange, return and refund.
