Complaint Details
I am MTS Mblaze User. I have made a request of putting my device to safe custody on 31st May, 2016(of which the company also has record) and paid the bill of Rs 2735 in which Rs 2635 was my bill for May and 100 Extra(50rs per month for safe custody).
Now they have generated my bill of June 2016 of 1520 Rs.
And 18 July was late date of Payment and from 15 July MTS customer care is calling me everyday regarding payment of bill and everyday i tell them about safe custody and they accept their fault and disconnect the call. Next day they call again.
These calls and messages are going on from last 10 days.
Please do something about it.
