I have purchased Infocus mobile. Three months ago I found that one of the SIM slot not working also the receiver was making noise. Hence I submitted mobile phone which was under warranty at Vashi Service Center Navi Mumbai on 28th May 2016. But still after 2 month mobile is not repaired. No response from Infocus company yet on repaired date. Request you to intervene in this matter and help to sort out the issue. My last Communication mail and service center acknowledgement receipt are enclosed.
