I am a user of Reliance Netconnect+. recently they asked to migrate to 4G and abruptly disconnected Netconnect+. even after migration to 4G i faced lot of trouble. Netconnect+ service was disconnected even before 4G was started. after a lot of days 4G was activated but still i was not able to use it because of data balance. RCOM has through their advertisements on website were promising 10GB free data balance if migration to 4G is done. but later on they refused to give any free data balance. this is clear case of cheating the consumer. situation now is worst. i am not able to use my Reliance 4G Wipod because i am not able recharge my account. online recharge is not working. i am not able to do recharge even at Reliance Mobile Store as they are saying that even their recharge facility is not working. in this way i hv gone through lot of stress as i am not able to do my work. Reliance is harassing the customers. i want u to take strong action against reliance and ask them to give me 10GB free data.
