This is from September 2014.

Me and some of my friends from Hyderabad and Bangalore wanted to plan a trip to Leh. We had our to flights to Srinagar and return flights from Delhi.

We wanted to plan a trip from Srinagar -_ Leh -_ Manali -_ Delhi. Now, as we had a different starting and dropping points we decided to hire a mini-bus from Delhi. We searched some service provides on net and finalized one 'Cheap n Best Travel'.

As the tempo had to come from Delhi to Srinagar to pick us up we were asked to pay an advance of Rs.25,000 which I transferred to their official account. [Mail communication and confirmation attached]

Now, when we landed at Srinagar, waited and waited for the bus which never came. We called them he asked us to wait for some more hours saying the bus has been stopped by army on the out-skirts of Srinagar. The bus never came that day, he asked us to wait one more day in Srinagar, we waited. The bus didn't came the next day as well. End of the day I booked another travel.

Later, when I asked for refunds, the travel agency argued the bus was stopped by the Army and there was nothing they could have done. I never believed this is possible as we waited for around 2 days for the bus which never came.

Anyways, even on agreeing to refund the amount after deducting the fuel charges, the refund never came and it now over 1.5 year.

Multiple mails have been shot but they just ignore. Many gets cheated over internet. I learnt a lesson.
