I have a Aquaguard (Model - Classic, Sl. No. -4001374) Water Purifier, which was installed about 8/9 years back at my house. After the expiry of Warranty period I did AMC agreement with the vendor. Accordingly they have been providing services. The last AMC period was from 27/07/2015 to 26/07/2016. As per agreement they supposed to do 2 no. of services during the AMC period. They did the first service. But till date no one has turned up for the second service. I contacted them over phone for 6/7 times, but no any response. As, I my wife is suffering from some chronic stomach diseases and I arranged Aquaguard Water Purifier specially for her, but due to the vendor's negligence, I am buying bottled purified water from market for last 20 days. I therefore request the authority to charge penalties to the company or vendor, so that they follow the rules honestly in future.
