My complaint no. is 18177654 in IFB dated 29 July 2016. I have been availing Annual Maintenance Charges service for 4 years. And first time since then, My machine demands major repair and its been 16 days where they promise service in 24 hours. i've put various calls, they either dont pick up or pick up after a very long waiting. I even mailed them and they just replied once. Sir, i am extremely disappointed with their service, my machine hasnt been working since 18 days. I want compensation for the inconvenience and an answer if they can repair or not. They arent listening at all and not even replying.
