On 3rd Aug 2016 about 8pm I have made a request to transfer an amount of Rs.1900 from my SBI buddy wallet account to my Federal bank account - ( Savings ) 10200100125123 - FDRL0001020 (IFSC) - Narakkal Branch, The message received on my buddy wallet is - " Money successfully transferred to bank account " and i got confirmation SMS from state bank - amount debited from wallet balance .
But till now that amount is not credited to my bank . I have filed a complaint regarding this via SBI support number/team and they give me the complaint tracking number - WT8888925387650 , they told me that amount will credited back to wallet in case of technical error with in 5 days . Now its getting around 11 days . No update on this and i can not track my complaint online . So I request your team to take necessary action for this .
