Complaint Details
I ordered Bombay Dyeing bed sheets with pillow cover to Eshop Online Shopping through a phone call from the company. When I received the courier the material was of very poor quality & was not of Bombay Dyeing make and also without pillow covers. Moreover there was no gift voucher of Rs.100/- as committed by them. I was cheated & became victim of fraud by the company. I paid Rs. 3000/- whereas the material did not worth even Rs.500. When I called upon them they switched off their phones. I have to bear financial loss as well as mental stress due to this whole incident. The details of the company are;
