This is regarding the sofa we had bought online during October 2015, which had 1 year warranty, we have been trying to reach the said seller who has recently stopped taking our calls as well, they had confirmed to send a person to get it checked almost a month back,after multiple follow up by my wife, but no one has turned up yet, snapdeal the online platform has shrugged off their hands by asking us to reach seller, and seller appears to have no intention to repair, by every passing day the sofa is becoming of absolutely no use, just occupying place which can we not used and any further use will break the sofa, and we have no option but to discard sofa in less then a year and book losses.
I would like you to intervene into this and help us claim damages or replacements.
