I had bought an Airtel 4G portable wifi hotspot around couple of months ago, but i am appalled by the service of Airtel. The device consumes 10 times more data than tha actual usage. Same work that uses around 50 Mb on mobile hotspot or broadband of any company would consumes 500 Mb on this device. The 2Gb of data was consumed withn few hours, which nevers happens.

Even their customer service people said this happens and will keep happening.

I feel this company is making money by cheating consumers.
