Dear Sir/Madam,

On 11-Aug-2016 at around 11PM I took an Uber taxi from Delhi Airport Terminal 3 Departures area to my home in Gurgaon. Uber unduly charged me Rs 150 toll not applicable for taxi entering Terminal 3 Departures area (applicable only for Terminal 3 Arrivals area).
Though Driver and Uber Partner, confirmed to me that no toll was applicable but, even after repeated requests, Uber is not willing to refund the undue charge applied.
They can't produce any receipts nor they communicate with their driver/partner, they are just acting monopolistic with no care for consumer agony

Please help in getting the undue charges refunded from Uber
