I am an AMC holder for my IFB Washing Machine - Elena Dx 5.5Kg and the AMC is valid till 13.05.2017. My machine went out of order on 29.07.16 . I registered a complaint with IFB on their customer care no. 1860 4255 678 and they registered the complaint as Comp.No. 1103039432. One technician turned up, checked the machine & he said, an electrical unit is required for rectification and he will soon turn up with required spares. But no body turned up. I again contacted customer care on 02.08.16 - the executive in the customer care told me that my previous complaint no is missing in their computer and hence registered a fresh complaint as no.1103073433. They had given me their local service provided nos- 0471 6504441/2 & mob.no. 9072307210. I contacted all these nos, but my grievance is not redressed. I posted a complaint to on my face book page on 10.08.16 and IFB Appliancesthey replied that they have shared my grievance with the concerned and they will do the needful forthwith and keep me updated. But nothing happened till date. I request you to please do the needful to redress my grievance.
