Complaint Details
I purchased a Prestige wet grinder 2 L tilting (PWG 01)#89013654 on

31/05/2016 from Bismi Appliances Kalamassery,Kochi.On the first

use i notice that the drum is also rotating along with the

wheel.Immediately i complaint it to my nearest Prestige service

centre at Trivandrum. They visit the site and told me that this is

manufacturing defect. They also told me that they ordered the spare

for the same and also gave a docket number (ERAN 1922753 )of

my complaint . Now almost two months is over .No response from

the service centre while i contact them they told me that your

complaint is under processing .How long did i wait for this .As a

consumer i am fed up with the irresponsible behaviour of the

company .So i request you to look in to the matter and do the

needful as early as possible .
