Please don't take a airtel broadband connection. They only act like good up-to if your a customer, once you have disconnection connection for any reason, even due to there inability to provide the connection to your new location they started charging you by sending bill for the non connected account are disconnected account and they will threaten you to pay for it.
I am their customer for more then 10 years last may 2016 I have shifted to new location before shifting I have request to block the connection and I have paid every outstanding due amount. after that they are unable to provide the connection to my new location due to their inability. but they have release the blocking without giving the connection to my new location. then they have started charging me for the non connected or disconnected line for last three month for full plan amount. after sending several email and calls they have reduce the amount but I have paid all the amount before disconnection now how come they will charge me for the disconnected line?
