I had placed Samsung J7 2016 edition through Bajaj EMI card on 09-08-2016 at 12.00PM.. Order No : RC 00029040

The order payment had done successfully.. after that i cant see any order confimation from emi bazaar .. I cant get any mail
from yours.. I had tried your toll free number.. But nobody had responded...
After i had tried many times, i got the customer care people. they told we had got the order, But we dont have transaction details, dont know about the delivery period, , So i had told pl cancel the order and send the order cancellation confirmation mail .. Then they are accepted my request and we are cancel the order ... after few days i cant get any mail from EMIBAZAAR.COM.
Then i called that people on 14-08-2016, then i asked the order cancellation status., on that time they time, they are told the your --order already dispatched and it will arrive you on 16-08-2016 or 17-08-2016.. Why you are sending the mobile, because you had already informed me on last week that your order is cancelled. Then they are told we had lot face the lots of formalities about cancellation so we had dispatched. Now no problem, Please dont accept the parcel and return the parcel We will proceed the cancellation.. Then i asking consignment no but they are told we dont have a courier details, we had only delivery time only. SO please wait another 2 days..
I dont have any option about the issue so i was waited for another two days for courier call. But i cant get any call from courier people and EMIBAZAAR. after 2 days i had called with EMI BAZAAR CUSTOMER CARE, they are told, your courier already returned to us. We had initiated refund progress. So dont call me ... Please call to Bajaj Finserv Customer people...
Then i had called the Bajaj finserv People, they are told still we cant get any cancellation request from EMI BAZAAR. So please call EMIBZAAR to raise the cancellation request...
Still i cant understand what happened?
EMI BAZAAR peoples are Total fraud...
Kindly verify the same. Please refund my amount ..
Atleast i want to know my order cancellation details from EMIBAZAAR.COM
Still i cant any single mail from this fraud people...
