My Friend Rajesh bought a mobile OPPO Neo 7 on 12 feb 2016 from New arora traders, 7/a chakrata road dehradun , Uttarakhand MRP Rs. 10500 and financed through home credit Contract no- 3615290734 and paid a down payment of Rs. 3700. Initially the EMI was 923 for 12 months and a representative namely kuldeep assured that pay the EMI for 6 months and then this loan account will be eligible for for-closure after paying a nominal fee of 1000-1200...But now when he approached to home credit for for-closure of the loan account after successfully paying 6 EMI's they demanded for a total of 4600/- as a final amount..Plz help my friend so that people like him are saved from getting fooled by companies like Home credit..
