Complaint Details
I had ordered rubber wood entertainment center by cactus from Mebelkart.com on 17th July 2016 order no. 1003661763 and paid INR 9863 via my SBI credit card. It has been one month the product has not yet been shipped and after contacting the customer care of Mebelkart they are telling me they have seller issues and I should cancel my order. When I asked them to cancel and refund my money they are not corresponding anymore and haven't refunded my money yet. And there customer care is not answering the call or replying to emails. It has been over a month now. Please help in getting my hard earned money back.
