Complaint Details
This is to bring your kind attention towards the failure of Customer services and worst of experience in last one week
with scheduled deliver for my order Le2 ( with exchange ASUS Zenfone A400(T001).

I have escalated my issue ( trailing mail ) no. of times at Customer service Center ( Mails & Calls ) but seems there is no
listening to customer at all. Since there is no single resolution given to me in last 4 days.
The only resolution i got is wait and extended delay and finally auto-cancellation without any prior notice and solution .

My only query is what is my fault in all this ?

I have been denied exchange because of FEs mistake and lack of knowledge although i provided all documents to make
him understand well that its the same model.

Second major issue with on call support I was just made to wait till 4 days asking to resolve the issue and confirm my order
but it turned more ugly since i only had to chase for my order and with no resolution .

Each time i call, i have to make Executives understand my issue/request raised and all backdrop.

Finally I got msg that order is canceled while i was waiting for my order confirmation.

This is really depressing and harassment on customer side with just fool around of support.
Sorry but in this whole matter as u may observe there is no technical or any support given.

Though i shared all support documents which proves FEs refusal to accept exchange phone was completely lack of knowledge
at his end. I shared ASUS website forum & invoice too.

I am fed up with such non -support and unethical treatment by Flipkart.
Last I had a call with Bharat/Pooja senior executives, they assured and understood my issue but failed to support till now.
