Complaint Details
I purchased an Iron Box on 15-07-2015 -Bajaj Electrical Ltd (Iron Box Bajaj Popular 750 Plus) bills and warranty card attached herewith. The said Iron box was defective and the wire was exploded resulting in a minor burn in my wrist on 15-06-2016.It was made of a very inferior quality insulation wire . I luckily escaped from a big accident. The spark was so big if, it may have fallen on my face or any other parts the consequences may be fatal. I request you to take necessary action against the manufactures and the use of such inferior wiring's may result in big accidents. I am ready to surrender the defective equipment in any government/authorized agency for inspection. Being a practicing lawyer in Kerala i wish to take strong action against the company who manufacture and distribute such inferior products causing threats to the life of the common man.
