Complaint Details
This is with reference to Bill No: 4217812510 dated 16th Jul, 2016. My Samsung J7 was under warranty and I took it for repair at Samsung Service Center, Vashi on 16th Jul, 2016, and while repairing they damaged it completely and I was requested to submit few documents for replacement purpose which I had submitted and the request for the replacement of the mobile was approved on 21st Jul, 2016, however, it has been more than a month now and I have not received the replacement and at the same time I am not getting a clear answer as to when I'll get my mobile back even after several follow ups with the Samsung service center and call center. Request you to please look into it. I was very much dependable on mobile for job search, Skype interviews, online transactions etc and without it I'm losing on my opportunities.
