Dear Sir,
We have booked one courier which contain Rakhi on 06.08.2016 for Jhansi (UP) through your DTDC agency ( IF 260) which is providing services at Katara Hills at Bhopal.
The courier docket number M 36224623 was booked on 06 August 2016 but the same has not been delivered to consignee at Jhansi in UP till date.
When we contacted your agency (IF 260) at Katara Hills bhopal, he has not supporting and not giving clear reply on the delivery of our docket. He is escaping from his responsibility and misbehaving with the customer.
Please look into it and take necessary action against your agency which spoiling your name in the market.
Please also refund our courier charges as well as cost of items which kept in the courier docket on urgent basis.
