Complaint Details
I have ordered the 4G Wipod by upgrading my 3G dongle (mdn:9387113936) on 08th Aug 2016 by Online payment. The tracking option in the site says "Awating bank wire payment" and the amount was deducted from my bank. Since today(23 Aug 2016) they haven't respond as well as the customer care is not picking up my phone.
