Complaint Details
Today Airtel suspended my services saying that I have not paid the bill. But the due date is 24th August. I have a post paid connection and they cannot just disconnect my services without prior notice or sighting any reasons. I was travelling and was in need to make some urgent calls and I ended by begging random people to allow me use their phone. All because of poor customer services by Airtel. I have attached the bill for this month which clearly says the due date and amount.
