Complaint Details
I wanted to switch my mobile network from Vodafone IN to airtel. I went to airtel store on 16th August and submitted all the necessary documents along with UPC code.
On 21st August, 2016 I received a message from the vodafone that " Your porting request has been approved and the same will be processed by 22nd August".
Today is 25th August, 2016. Still, they did not do the needful things and Still I did not get my network switched from Vodafone
