Complaint Details
I had purchased Lenovo A269i mobile with 6 months warranty (as listed in ebay) on 18th July 2016. From last week i observed an issue with display and mobile being shutting down automatically. I took it to the Lenovo Service Center in Indiranagar, Bangalore and got to know that the warranty has expired for the mobile. Also during their investigation they told that there is no IMEI mentioned on the Invoice provided by the seller. When IMEI was checked against the Box provided it was not matching and it was totally different. Hence due to all these reason the service guys are not ready to provide the letter head which is asked by the seller.

When the above IMEI's (displayed both on box and on mobile) was checked on Lenovo website for warranty the status shown was EXPIRED.

Hence please request you to resolve my issue to get my money back since i see it is a pure cheating.
