Complaint Details
I got physically assaulted/manhandled by driver on 1aug2016 (crn-329604279). at that time i was 'ola select' customer to whom ola promises best drivers. i paid 549/- inr for the 'ola select' service and i want to claim it back as the company has failed to comply to its promise.
Furthermore i have learned from the company's 'safety/security team' that they are going to financially penalize the driver for his misbehavior. it sounds so ridiculous the company gets financially benefited if a driver misbehaves with a customer.
