Recently (2 months back) purchased an split AC keeping Hitachi's good image in mind.
But results are really worst and it left a totally negative image of brand.
I faced many problems after 15 days of purchase date where display panel is already replaced.
Now AC is not working at all in critical phase during this summer season. Request already logged couple of days back but no action yet taken by your dept.
I would like to remind you that we are not here from you component testing team but it cost us much then we expect and result become worst.
I am asking you to take action with immediate effect. Either change this piece or return our money ASAP.
