respected sir/madam,
i had bought a 50 inches onida LED television on 26/10/2015 from an online store (flipkart). i was assured of after sales services. two months ago television developed black vertical lines and i had registered a complaint on onida service centre 0n 16/7/2016 vide complaint number 16071106390002. the technician came and said the LED had developed technical snag which is beyond repair and told that LED cannot be replaced at his end and you should put a request to onida customer care 01139889000. even after repeated requests they have refused to replace the same. the television is under one year warranty and still they are refusing to replace it. i am sending the invoice of the television as attachment with this mail
