Sir,
I have purchased reliance jio sim along with reliance lyf flame1 hand set for Rs 4400 on 23/08/2016. But despite of continuous conversations and reminders, the sim has not still been activated. I have made a complaint (SR0000011TDT) regarding the issue four days back, but it is still pending, when it is to be closed within 48 hours. Now customer care executives also find themselves helpless as they have no proper solution for the issue. Therefore, I have no other option beside taking your help. Plz sir help me at the earliest else help me to make refund
