This is to Inform you tht my a regular traveller with make my trip my booking no. Is 7114..n is in the name of sonal chadha due to some personal reason we were unable to travel n it's been more than 20 days tht we r calling n we have got no revert from u ppl we have contacted the hotel authority as well but thy also refuse to help us my wife is pregnant n due to some complications we cnt travel n her last few days r going on n we cnt travel for another 6 months with the little one sometimes money is nt only the priority u have to treat some cases as special.....from 29 days we have been regularly calling but no one is ready to look into the matter it's such a big company n is in hospitality business but we r sorry to say tht service we r get is nt at all gud despite of the fact we r regular traveller with u....if we wud have booked with a small travel agent also I don't think thr wud have been so much of a problem....it's a genuine issue so plz put it in ur consideration....
