I registered for a complaint more than 3 weeks ago. It has not yet been resolved. The technician has been saying that "the spare part shall arrive soon" for the last three weeks. The complaint ID is 1103113181. Kindly let me know the escalation matrix to escalate this issue. Experience with IFB consumer redressal has not been positive. When I called customer care today to enquire about the status of my complaint, I am being told that the complaint has been closed!
