I had booked holidays for my parents with TC where it was committed to me that the flight timing for Mumbai to Kochi would be between 9am to 1pm....However when I HD received flight details it was early morning at 5 30 am n it is indirect flight with 3 hrs halt at hyderabad. ...The gift has turned into big mistake and hassle for my parents. ..now no one in TC is taking care of my problem. My travel date us 4th Sept. ..plz help.
