complainant had bought few products from Easy Day retail store bhiwani(BillAttached) on 17.08.2016. Out of these One Product "Haldiram's PauBhaji-KhataMeeta" was opened by me on 26.08.16 and was found smelling badly and in decaying stage. Expiry date of the product was checked and found to be in oct'16. So, the product is within expiry date but expired. Easy day ,bhiwani was approached and was requested to change the product with a new one. First, they said that product is fine with very rude tone , then an unknown customer was approached and the customer straight away said that it is smelling very badly. After this , Staff and manager at store misbehaved and said they would not replace it, you do whatever you can.
This is very embarrassing. Kindly take appropriate action.
