Complaint Details
I had me connection closed in July 16. I was informed that i will get the refund security of 1500 after 1 month. I tried calling on till now its still an pending issue.

After many follow up i as to provide me the contact person details so that i myself can go and return the modem and get the refund. But on contacting the local operator style craft, they deny providing the refund.

Now i am helpless and having no option other than calling or sending email to support, nodal or appellate. But they are also not responding...
