Complaint Details
I had purchased some furniture on their website. ORDER #302454822. They had a coupon code "FREEDOM"for additional discount while checkout. The total amount of furniture was 92000 but after using the coupon code the discounted amount was 78000. However despite using the coupon code 92000 rupees was charged on my account instead of 78000 i.e. an additional 14000 rupees. despite calling them several times, they say its my fault and are not ready to cancel nor refund nor solve this issue. Please assist
