Complaint Details
After i got the postponed connection from a vodafone vendor who usually comes to my office for corporate connections, they disconnected the connection saying negative address verification whereas nobody came for address verification. So, i went to the vodafone store and to my surprise,they updated wrong address.Later after showing address proof and updating my residence address,they assured that the connection would be updated within 20 mins which never happened and only after calling again the next day to customer care, they activated. Today suddenly after 1 month they disconnected again telling the same story of negative verification.It is really HARASSING again and again by the customer care executives not even bothering to check the real cause.Even when i asked for port out procedure, they said it is not possible. Mr.Ankit Kumar,a customer care executive,Karnataka kept my call on long hold persuading to disconnect when asked to handover the call to his senior..I have been charged with rentals for all those days my connection is barred.Also, MAINLY THE MENTAL HARASSMENT because no one is able to contact me,neither i can contact anyone and being a GIRL,everyone including myself is always worried while i return home at night after my working hours because if any accident happens with me, there is no way i can contact anyone...
Please take necessary action as soon as possible. I want my conbection back at any cost.
