I Traval wt jet on 29 th 16 fr delhi jaipur pnr is lyipde when I reach found my luggage lock is broken and one my latter handbags with money 11000/- aprox i and one off shopping bag with 2 garment of my grand doughter wich I purchase from Shanghai last night on 400 rmb is missing in suitcase I contect many time coustmer care but not response so pl see into the matter I also complente on air line mail id for lock broken but that time I was not awewer about my bag n garment loss when I open in evening whole suite case then I realized my suitcase is not only broken there is theft also so pl see on to this matter
