There is no Order cancellation policy, once the customer orders the product, he/she cannot cancel the order and they say which is against their policies. I would like to request to take action on such online firms where they are not allowing customer to cancel the order. The time to process the order is 23-29 working days which is approx 45 days to recieve a product. when I call the customer care they replied saying fabfurnish has no cancellation policy? I request our cossumer complaint redressal council to take action on such companies. when ever the consumer orders a good online, he should be able to cancel the order atleast before the item is received and within 10 days of receipt.
