I purchased a mobile handset “Lenovo Vipe K4 Note 16GB” vide , Order ID: 14750815919 which was delivered on 23th Aug 2016. Same day I found that there is battery defect issue, some scratches found on phone, quick guide manual not available, and also protective film also not available in the box. Then I placed a replacement request on the same day , and item has been picked on next day.
But they generated new Suborder Id: 18472061623 and committed that replacement item will be delivered on or before 29 Aug 2016. but still i didn't get my product, and there is no update on Snapdeal site after 26th Aug 2016 .
