Complaint Details
A Siti brodaband connection was requested by paying an amount of Rs. 1034 by cheque on 16 July 2016. After sometime neither the broadband installation was done nor any communication was made. After communication with the local operator of Siti broadband it was discovered that the location is not serviceable due to technical difficulties. I raised a refund request for my money and have been following up for more than a month now. However, no refund has been received yet despite of several complaints and calls to the customer care team.

This has caused me stress and a lot of my time has been wasted following them with this matter. Request you to please do the needful.
