Activated the tikona connection last month. Not even once it is connected properly. I asked the service team to fix it they are saying we have tree in front of the house which is stopping the connectivity. (more than 5 times i called them they came and do a temp fix, again the connection will go back in ten mins, so i gave up with this catch and run game) I asked them to disconnect the service. They asked me to contract the main branch which is in Mumbai... After many attempts i contacted them.. The custoner executive named kavitha, was arguing with me that they can't refund the amount they will send the technical team to resolve it in 24 hrs... They assured it will be resolved in 24hrs.now it's been three weeks... They never attempt to contact me neither replied to my emIl.I'm not able to describe the connection or take up a new connection.. I paid for three months
